The largest clinically available liquid biopsy panel
xF+ is available on a limited basis alongside the currently available xF (a liquid biopsy panel of 105 genes). We have expanded our comprehensive offerings with our new xF+ test. xF+ is a non-invasive, liquid biopsy panel of 523 genes focused on pathogenic mutations in cell-free DNA (cfDNA). This panel is designed to capture clinically relevant biomarkers for solid tumors.
SNVS AND INDELS
Single nucleotide variants and insertions and deletions are detected in all 523 genes (including 14 genes for insight into HRR gene-mutated mCRPC). Moreover, 114 genes will be sequenced with enhanced coverage and lower limit of detection (0.25% VAF for SNVs).
CNAS, CNDS, AND TRANSLOCATIONS
Copy number amplifications, copy number deletions, and gene rearrangements are detected in a subset of genes (including NTRK 1/2/3 and FGFR 1/2/3).
TUMOR METRIC: BTMB & MSI
xF+ includes blood-based TMB (bTMB) and MSI-High (MSI-H) analysis.
xF+ provides insights into the clinically relevant biomarkers incorporated in OncoKB, NCCN and other oncology guidelines for:
- Bladder cancer: FGFR 2/3
- Breast cancer: BRCA 1/2, ERBB2 (HER2), ESR1, PIK3CA
- Cholangiocarcinoma: FGFR2, IDH1
- Colorectal cancer: BRAF, ERBB2 (HER2), KRAS, NRAS
- Gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma: ERBB2 (HER2)
